Homestead Exemption
If you have bought a house within the last year, and it is your primary residence, it is important that you file for your homestead exemption. To apply for a homestead exemption, a homeowner must be occupying the property as his homestead on January 1st of the year in which the exemption is granted. JT explains what you need to do in the short video above. Thanks again for letting us serve you with your real estate needs this past year!
