We understand the difficulties of keeping a non-profit open.  Our founder, JT Hardcastle, got first hand experience while working for a local non-profit in DFW and saw the needs and concerns that every non-profit faces.  It was while working for a non-profit that JT saw the opportunity to not only help his clients with their real estate needs, but also leverage the real estate transaction to serve the local non-profits.

 

Since March of 2012, The Real Estate Project has given away over $515,000 to over 70 different non-profits right here in Dallas/Fort Worth!  We believe it is our responsibility to leverage our position in the real estate industry to seek the peace and prosperity of our local communities!
